EU Commission Ceases Trade Defense Measures on Solar Panels From China
Cristina has significant experience related to environmental, administrative and regulatory issues in the energy and infrastructure fields.
She has deep experience in Italian and European administrative law (judicial and out-of-court), particularly in the regulated fields of energy and infrastructure with reference to issues related to the construction, acquisition or financing of plants that produce energy from renewable and conventional sources, network infrastructures, gas, district heating, waste to energy, trading as well as in environmental law, healthcare, PPP and public procurement.
Cristina is lecturer at conferences and seminars on public / environmental law and project finance as well as author of articles in both national and international specialized magazines.
Before joining Orrick, Cristina was a partner at another international law firms, and also previously served as the lead regulatory partner for a different international law firm based in Milan.
