Andrea Milano is a managing associate in the
Washington, D.C., office and is a member of the employment law group.
Andrea has a broad range of employment law
experience, including representing employers against claims of discrimination,
harassment, and retaliation. She also has extensive experience
representing employers in wage and hour class and representative actions
arising under both state and federal law, including overtime and minimum wage
claims, meal and rest period issues, and the California Private Attorneys
General Act. Additionally, Andrea has significant experience advising and
representing employers with regard to traditional labor law matters.
Prior to joining Orrick, Andrea worked for a national labor and employment law
boutique firm in California.
