Patricia Anglin, Of Counsel in Orrick's San Francisco office, is a member of the Employee Benefits Solution group within Compensation and Benefits. 

Patricia is an experienced advisor to multinational corporations on corporate benefits, securities, tax, accounting and human resource issues for significant transactions. Her practice focuses on leading complex negotiations and providing innovative solutions with regard to employment and compensation agreements, benefits and stock compensation experience, executive compensation matters, and employment lawsuits.

Patricia regularly advises general counsel, executive management, CEOs, boards of directors and key leadership of Fortune 500 companies in regard to tax-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare benefits, including federal health care reform legislation, equity and executive compensation and change-in-control safeguards in benefit plans and employment agreements.

Before joining the firm, Patricia acted as Senior Manager of National Employee Benefits at Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. and formerly served as Senior Counsel-Benefits and Executive Compensation at AirTouch Communications, Inc. (now Vodafone). 

Patricia also acted as Legislation Counsel on the Joint Committee on Taxation within the United States Congress working extensively on the Clinton health care proposal.  Prior to the Joint Committee, Patricia was an associate at Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro (now Pillsbury Winthrop).
