Kate's responsibilities include overseeing Orrick CaseStream, joint management of Orrick’s Records services, and the development and implementation of new strategies to streamline Orrick’s legal processes.
In addition to her firm responsibilities, Kate represents clients in commercial and bankruptcy litigation in trial and appellate courts throughout the United States. Her clients include companies in the commodity trading and energy industries, creditors, committees and future claimants’ representatives.
Kate is active in numerous pro bono matters and was awarded the first annual Orrick Pro Bono Award.
Kate has also served as an adjunct professor of Legal Writing and Oral Advocacy at the University Maryland School of Law.
