Orrick Partners with Partech Shaker on Fostering Growth in the European Tech Market

Orrick has partnered with Partech Shaker, a workplace and B2B networking venue launched by VC firm Partech Ventures, on “Europe Made Easy”, a new service to help foreign tech businesses enter the European market. The service is designed to help companies better understand the European legal & business landscape, allowing them to avoid common pitfalls and reducing their time to market. The new service has curated a network of reliable experts in various fields which include BNP Paribas, Hired, Agelium, Mercurr and Paris & Co.

Earlier this year, Orrick partnered with Stripe on its Atlas program which gives entrepreneurs access to the basic building blocks for starting a global internet business. Through the partnership, Orrick provides legal guidance to Stripe's Atlas companies, as well as standard incorporation documents to help companies get started on a solid foundation.
