Orrick advised Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale as arranger and lender in the financing of a wind farm located in Mohon in the Départment Morbihan in Brittany, France. NORD/LB provided the project company, EE Mohon SAS, with debt financing in an amount of up to €33.8 million for the construction and operation of the wind farm, which consists of ten wind turbines of two megawatts each and is to be operated on a long-term basis by EE Mohon SAS. Financial closing took place at the end of May 2015.
