Orrick advised Munich-based 3D printing startup DyeMansion GmbH on its €4.5 million Series A financing round, led by Unternehmertum Venture Capital Partners (UVC Partners), btov Partners (btov Industrial Technologies Fund), and existing corporate venture capital investor AM Ventures.
DyeMansion is a technology leader in the field of post-processing for 3D printed objects with its unique ‘Print-to-Product’ workflow. Over the past three years, DyeMansion has won over customers worldwide who benefit from its technologies, including global players such as BMW, Daimler, Under Armour, HP, Shapeways, Materialise, FKM and many others.
