The aforementioned insurance coverage applies only to German offices of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and the professionals insured via ERGO Versicherungs AG.
In Addition, all professionals working in our German offices are covered by professional liability insurance with MPC Insurance, Ltd. The liability insurance covers worldwide professional responsibilities acts or omissions.
Consumer Dispute ResolutionWe are not obliged to use and we will not make use of Alternative Dispute Resolution entities within the meaning of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz – VSBG) to resolve disputes with consumers.
