Saam Golshani, Alexis Hojabr, Soleine Gautier and Léa Gredigui of Orrick’s Paris team analyzed trends in restructuring and insolvency filings for Getting the Deal Through: Market Intelligence. They authored the chapter dedicated to France, in which they examine different jurisdictions and courts that specialize in insolvency as well as the new legal framework modified by three successive reforms and a new European regulation, taken into force in 2017.
Orrick's Paris Restructuring team represents debtors, creditors, committees, fiduciaries as well as lender groups during insolvency proceedings, formal bankruptcy, recapitalizations or rescue financings. They were recently involved in large restructurings as CGG, SoLocal Group, Agripole, Vivarte, etc.
