Energy Storage Post-Brexit: How Will It Fare?

The Energy Industry Times | May.08.2017

Lis Blunsdon and Ed Humphries of Orrick’s London Energy & Infrastructure team authored an article, originally published in the May 2017 issue of The Energy Industry Times, which explores the way forward for energy storage post-Brexit. According to the article, “The potential delays, power short-ages and investment challenges arising from this combination of nuclear policy, the capacity mechanism, the Renewables Obligation scheme and the CfD clearly demonstrate a need for new technologies like storage. Collaboration will be key to unlocking its full potential.”
