We are delighted that in 2017, 100 percent of the trainees who qualified with us in August stayed on with us as associates.
We welcome candidates with different experiences and backgrounds. In fact, two-thirds of our trainees have non-law degrees. We look for a commitment to excellence. Applicants for our graduate trainee program should have at least three A-Level passes at grades A and B (or equivalent) and a 2:1 degree (in any discipline). Law undergraduates can apply from their penultimate year onward. Non-law undergraduates can apply from their final year onward.
As part of our graduate recruitment process, we are using the Rare Contextual Recruitment System. This is a specially developed system which allows us to measure candidates' achievements in the context of their socioeconomic background. Using this system means we can better understand candidates' achievements, and identify those that have performed exceptionally well from a range of diverse backgrounds.

If you are thinking about training with us, we encourage you to attend one of our Open Days. We are holding four Open Days in spring 2018: 19 March, 20 March, 9 April, and 10 April. You will spend the day in our London office, meet our lawyers and current trainees, complete a drafting exercise, and participate in a business game designed to give an insight into the work of a solicitor. The day will also include a first round interview for a 2020 Training Contract. Applications open on 12 October 2017 and close on 9 February 2018.
