Jenny is an attorney in Orrick's Global Employment and Equity Compensation practice.
Jenny advises multinational employers on the full spectrum of issues relating to managing a global workforce. Jenny’s practice focuses on cross-border global employment law and corporate immigration law, including providing comprehensive advice on global privacy and data protection compliance, international employment contracts, workforce management and policies, implementation and termination of cross-border transfers, benefits, and equity compensation.
Jenny has extensive experience assisting top-tier corporate clients across a wide range of industries on all major U.S. employment-based nonimmigration and immigration matters. Prior to joining Orrick, Jenny worked at a large corporate immigration law firm, where she counseled international and domestic corporations, multinational companies, foreign investors, and professionals on their U.S. immigration-related needs.
