Adrian Dengler

Munich

Adrian is Counsel in the Munich office and a member of the Technology Companies Group. His particular focus lies on M&A, private equity, as well as venture capital investments.

Prior to joining Orrick, Adrian worked at the Frankfurt/Main and Munich offices of other leading international law firms renowned for their private equity and venture capital practices.

In his spare time, Adrian acts as a business angel for several venture capital start-ups.

    • Advising Ardian and its portfolio Technology & Strategy Group SAS on joining forces with Eximia Engineering GmbH;
    • Advising Symbioworld on the strategic growth investment by Fortino Capital;
    • Advising U.S. software provider Aptean on a number of add-on acquisitions , including Objective International, Modula Gesellschaft für digitale Transformation, ERP firm Ramsauer & Stürmer, Impuls AG, etc.
    • Advising Snapview on the sale of the company to Swiss BSI AG;
    • Advising elucidate on its Pre-Series A financing round led by incoming investor Frontline Ventures;
    • Advising Sizewise Rentals, a U.S. manufacturer and provider of products in the healthcare sector, on its $230m acquisition by Agiliti;
    • Advising Rigeto Unternehmerkapital on the Pflegehelden transaction;
    • Advising SüdBG on its investment in Fischer Panda;
    • Advising Waterland Private Equity and its portfolio company Helgstrand Dressage on its partnership with Ludger Beerbaum Stables and the foundation of Global Equestrian Group;
    • Advising Monitor Clipper Partners on the sale of Reverse Logistics GmbH to UK-based Reconomy Group;
    • Advising EQT and its portfolio company Utimaco on its acquisition of UK-based MY HSM;
    • Advising the shareholders of ProLeit AG on the sale of their shares to Schneider Electric;
    • Advising Marvel Fusion on its Series A financing round;
    • Advising EQT on its sale of E.I.S. Aircraft Products and Services GmbH to HANNOVER Finanz Group;
    • Advising Genui on its acquisition of digital expert Mindcurv;
    • Advising Goldman Sachs on its investment in fintech Raisin (Weltsparen);
    • Advising ViewPoint, managed by Kennet Partners, on the sale of Hype Softwaretechnik to Dutch PE investor Main Capital Partners;
    • Advising EQT on its structured sale of United Digital Group;
    • Advising Hitachi on its investment in Akarion AG;
    • Advising Dracoon on its series B financing round;
    • Advising EQT on several further transactions, among others related to BackWerk and kfzteile24 Group;
    • Advising DBAG Deutsche Beteiligungs AG on several acquisitions / transactions (Polytech Health & Aesthetics GmbH, Abbelen, Formel D Group);
    • Advising Providence Capital on the acquisition of Mehr! Entertainment*;
    • Advising Rocket Internet on a joint venture with Ooredoo*.
