Anika Nayyar is a Managing Associate in the San Francisco office and a member of the firm's M&A and Private Equity Group. 

Anika's practice focuses on corporate and securities law, including general corporate representation, public offerings, and domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions on both the buy side and sell side.

Prior to joining Orrick, Anika was a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
