Martin M. McSherry is a Managing Associate in Orrick’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group.
Martin represents companies and individuals in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. He has experience in all stages of litigation, including fact investigation, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals. Martin also advises clients on privacy and data security issues and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
Prior to joining Orrick, Martin was a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. He earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his B.A., cum laude, from The George Washington University.
