Aaron Lahijani is an associate in the Silicon Valley office and a member of Orrick’s Technology Companies Group.
Aaron advises emerging companies on a range of corporate matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, venture capital financings, and general commercial transactions. He works closely with entrepreneurs and high-growth technology companies as they build and scale their businesses. Aaron also assists venture capital investors in connection with their investment activities.
