Matthew represents public and private companies and private equity funds in a variety of complex corporate transactions and general corporate matters.

Matthew concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and securities transactions. He also counsels clients on corporate governance.

    • MBF Healthcare Partners: Represented MBF Healthcare Partners in its sale of Carisk Partners, Inc. and its acquisition and subsequent divestiture of Acorn Health, LLC.*
