Allen Davis is an associate in Orrick's Washington, D.C., office and a member of the firm's Antitrust & Competition practice group.
Allen has significant antitrust experience on active litigations, including representing a nuclear waste disposal company, an airline industry travel technology provider, a telecommunications company in Clayton Act § 7 trials and a pharmaceutical manufacturer in its defense against Sherman Act §§ 1-2 claims. He is also highly skilled in drafting persuasive motions and briefs and preparing witnesses for depositions, first chairing third-party deposition and second chairing offensive and defensive depositions.
