Scott practices before numerous governmental agencies, including the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (FWS) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), as well as many other federal, state and local regulatory bodies.
