Michelle focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint venture arrangements, project development and general corporate matters.

She advises clients in negotiating complex purchase and sale agreements, joint venture arrangements and other project development agreements in the energy and infrastructure space. Michelle represents a wide array of clients primarily in the renewable energy and oil and gas sectors, including U.S. and international energy companies, developers and private equity funds.
