    • Developers of natural gas storage projects in all aspects of FERC certificate, tariff, and rate proceedings under the Natural Gas Act, as related to permitting, construction, compliance and commercial matters.
    • Developers of interstate natural gas pipeline facilities in all aspects of FERC certificate, tariff and rate proceedings under the Natural Gas Act, as related to permitting, and construction, as well as commercial matters, including the drafting of open season documents and pipeline transportation agreements.
    • Interstate natural gas pipelines in establishing procedures for compliance with FERC Standards of Conduct and in all other compliance matters.
    • The developer of the first LNG export project in the U.S. Lower-48 authorized to liquefy and export domestic natural gas as LNG.
