Erin Pham

As an innovation attorney, Erin provides practice support to Orrick’s finance lawyers, connecting them with teams, tools, and resources to better serve clients.

Prior to transitioning to her current role, Erin practiced in Orrick’s nationally recognized Public Finance group, representing municipal issuers and underwriters on revenue bond financings for water, wastewater, public power, pollution control, and transportation agencies throughout California and Guam. She also worked on complex public-private partnerships (P3) financings for major infrastructure projects, including the nation’s largest seawater desalination plant. Erin previously served on the Board of Directors of Asian Americans in Public Finance.

Through her pro bono practice, Erin represents clients in guardianship proceedings, helping families provide safe and stable homes for vulnerable children.
