Milana advises clients on screening of foreign investments by the Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States (CFIUS), U.S. export controls, and U.S. economic sanctions, including in the context of complex corporate transactions and internal investigations. Milana’s practice focuses on renewable energy companies and companies driven by tech & innovation.

Milana’s international experience, education, and training in Ireland, the Netherlands, and the United States provides her additional edge in cross-border transactions and international matters. Milana’s background includes doctoral research on private international law, work at a global intergovernmental organization promoting cross-border judicial and governmental cooperation, and advising companies in the oil and gas industry on taxation and general corporate issues.
