Alessandro advises clients on private equity and M&A transactions as well as on corporate law.

Prior to joining Orrick, Alessandro worked as a trainee lawyer for a global law firm in Germany as well as in their London based restructuring and insolvency team and for a German law firm specialized in tax and tax procedure law.

    • Advising a Swiss private equity firm in connection with the acquisition of a share in a Germany based sports equipment manufacturer;
    • Advising a German industrial company on the acquisition of an engineering company;
    • Advising a German network technology group of companies on the merger with two competitors;
    • Advising shareholders of a German messaging platform developer on the sale of their shares to an Italian private equity firm.
