Dixie Tauber is a Managing Associate in the Employment Law Practice Group at Orrick's Sacramento office.
Dixie has experience representing clients in the technology, construction, and retail industries in a broad range of commercial litigation disputes in both federal and state courts. She has also assisted in the defense of contract and trade secret claims in mediation, arbitration, and in courts throughout California.
Dixie maintains an active pro bono case load and volunteers with a number of non-profit organizations focused on children's rights and education.
Prior to joining Orrick, Dixie worked as a litigation associate in Latham & Watkins' Los Angeles office. Before that, Dixie was a law clerk for the Honorable William B. Shubb in the Eastern District of California. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School where she graduated cum laude.
