Rob Hoy is a member of Orrick's Technology Transactions Group.
Rob’s practice focuses on the intersection of intellectual property, technology, and complex commercial transactions. He assists diverse public, private, mature, and emerging companies in the development, use, acquisition, and commercialization of technology. Rob advises on intellectual property and technology issues related to corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and financings.
Prior to Orrick, Rob was an Associate in DLA Piper’s Technology Transactions and Strategic Sourcing practice group and Corporate Counsel at KnowBe4, Inc. (NASDAQ: KNBE), a security awareness training and simulated phishing platform.
