Danny Barefoot is a litigation associate in Orrick’s Washington, D.C., office.
Danny is member of the general litigation group. Danny joined Orrick after completing a one-year fellowship at the ACLU of Virginia. Prior to joining Orrick, Danny was the founder and managing partner of Anvil Strategies, a political consulting firm and advertising agency.
