Marc Diab Maalouf is an M&A and Private Equity lawyer in Orrick's Paris office.

Marc advises investment funds, industrial groups, listed companies, and startups, both French and international, on all aspects of business law, particularly in the context of acquisitions, disposals, mergers, reorganizations, and strategic partnerships. 

He is particularly active in the infrastructure, renewable energy, and new technology sectors, both in France and internationally.

Before joining Orrick in 2019, Marc interned at various leading international law firms in Paris.

    • Antin Infrastructure Partners in the launch of Proxima, the first independent high-speed train operator in France
    • InfraRed Capital Partners in the acquisition of Proximus Luxembourg Infrastructure from Proximus SA
    • CVC DIF in the sale of a stake in France LNG Shipping to Ocean Yield AS, a KKR portfolio company
    • VINCI Airports in the strategic acquisition of a minority stake in Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport
    • Alba Infra Partners in its market launch
    • 3i Infrastructure in the acquisition, alongside management, of the French group Ionisos, a specialist in cold sterilization, from Ardian Expansion
    • Ionisos (a group owned by 3i Infrastructure) in the acquisition of a sterilization and cross-linking facility from Studer Cables AG
    • Antin Infrastructure Partners in the sale of its portfolio company, Almaviva Santé group, to Wren House Infrastructure, BPI France, and SRS
    • Almaviva Santé, a portfolio company of Antin Infrastructure Partners, in the acquisition of several private clinics in France
    • Antin Infrastructure Partners and its subsidiary Eurofiber in the acquisition of numerous independent players in the fiber and data center operator sector
    • DIF Capital Partners in the acquisition of 50% of a highway concession company in France
    • DIF Capital Partners in the sale of its majority stake in the fiber optic operators ADTIM SAS and ADTIM FTTH SAS
    • SAUR in the acquisition of the Dutch company Nijhuis Industries, a leader in the industrial water treatment sector
    • TiLT Capital Partners and its co-investment vehicle (invested by Bpifrance and Socadif (Groupe Crédit Agricole)), as lead investors in the €40M funding round of Groupe Volta
    • SimpliField and its founders in the acquisition of SimpliField by Field Agent
