Andrea Greenwald is a public finance partner in Orrick's Orange County office.
Andrea represents issuers, underwriters, lenders, and banks within the transportation, project finance, local government, and K-12 education sectors of public finance. She has experience on a broad range of financings, including revenue bonds, general obligation bonds, lease revenue bonds, leases and certificates of participation.
Andrea was named a “Rising Star” by The Bond Buyer in 2021 in recognition of her dedication to her clients and practice.
She is proud to co-lead the Woman’s Initiative at Orrick’s Orange County Office.
