Christine Reynolds is a partner in the Public Finance department. She brings more than twenty years of experience helping government entities, utilities, nonprofits, and private sector partners across the country to finance critical infrastructure. Her practice covers everything from traditional bond deals to creative approaches like public-private partnerships (P3s) and impact finance—making her a go-to resource for navigating both established and emerging funding models.
Christine’s work spans transportation, education, healthcare, water and wastewater, economic development, urban renewal, and public power—reflecting her broad regional and national perspective. She’s valued for her practical guidance on general obligation and revenue bonds, as well as her hands-on support with disclosure and regulatory compliance under federal securities laws. As a Vice-Chair in Orrick’s Public Finance group and a member of the firm’s Impact Finance leadership team, Christine works with clients and colleagues to move sustainable and resilient infrastructure projects forward.
She’s also an active contributor to industry conversations—regularly sharing insights on policy trends, regulatory updates, and new ways to get important projects off the ground. A frequent speaker at municipal finance conferences and seminars, she has served as Chair of The Bond Buyer's Infrastructure Conference.
