Kayla Lowery is an Associate in Orrick's Charlotte office and is a member of the Structured Finance group.
Her practice involves representing banks and other institutional lenders and underwriters in securitization and structured finance transactions, including asset-backed lending facilities (ABLs) and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs).
She received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
