Walton Street Capital provided an $85.4 million refinancing package to Taurus Investment Holdings for two multifamily communities in the Orlando area: The Summit at Metrowest, a renovated 280-unit property within the 1,805-acre MetroWest mixed-use community, and The Legends at Champions Gate, a 252-unit community featuring lakefront green space and a range of resident amenities. Together, the properties span 28 acres and comprise 532 units.
The transaction was arranged by Berkadia.
