Orrick Continues Tech-Focused Growth with New York Hire

• Jake Ornstein has joined the firm as a partner in the Technology Companies Group in New York.
• Jake represents emerging growth companies as well as VC and PE funds in the U.S. and internationally on venture capital and growth equity financings, mergers and acquisitions and other strategic corporate transactions. He joins from Gunderson.
• Jake’s hire follows the firm’s addition last week of Laura Lariu, former General Counsel of Relativity, and Tech Capital Markets advisor Jamie Evans, most recently co-head of the Capital Markets & Public Companies Group at Fenwick, in March. The firm combined with market-leading fintech regulatory firm Buckley on March 1.
