Orrick Advises Qualifacts on Its Acquisition of OnCall Health

Congratulations to our client Qualifacts on its acquisition of OnCall Health, a telehealth, patient portal and client engagement technology provider. Qualifacts is a portfolio company of private equity firm Warburg Pincus.

Qualifacts is a leading provider of behavioral health software and SaaS solutions for clinical productivity, compliance and state reporting, billing, and business intelligence. By acquiring OnCall, Qualifacts is doubling down on its commitment to simplify complicated workflows for behavioral health providers, while allowing them to offer a modern telehealth experience to their clients. Financial terms were not disclosed.

This is the third add-on transaction for Qualifacts that Orrick has participated in over the last two years.
