Orrick partner Peter Connors has been elected president of the USA Branch of the International Fiscal Association, the largest chapter in the leading global organization focused on international tax law.
Peter has also served as president of the American College of Tax Counsel.
With a focus on cross-border transactions, Peter has extensive experience in tax law relating to financial transactions, corporate reorganizations, private equity investments and renewable energy transactions, as well as tax controversy, including representation of taxpayers before the U.S. Tax Court.
