Orrick assisted Intesa Sanpaolo, as Arranger and Lender, on all legal aspects relating to the long-term loan granted to Agro Noce.
Agro Noce is a subsidiary of IDeA Agro, a thematic fund dedicated to investments in companies in the agricultural sector, managed by DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR. The funding will be used to build a 160-hectare walnut grove, in the province of Ferrara and Bologna, dedicated to the production of Lara and Chandler quality walnuts.
