Orrick advised Busy Bees, the UK's biggest childcare provider, in the acquisition of the entire share capital of Doremi, an Italian company that operates numerous private nurseries in and around Milan.
The acquisition represents Busy Bees' first step in continental Europe and strengthens the global portfolio of the company. Busy Bees operates 630 nurseries globally, offering 55,000 childcare places across the UK, Ireland, Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, Australia, the U.S. and now Italy.
