Financial Times has named Orrick one of the twenty most innovative international law firms in the Asia Pacific region. The firm was commended for its dispute resolution work for China National Building Materials in major products liability multidistrict litigation that established the boundaries of sovereign liability. Orrick was also commended in the social responsibility category for its work with Ocean Outcomes on Japan’s first fishery improvement project, an innovative program that will change the sustainable fishing techniques used across the country.
Most recently in the U.S. edition, FT named Orrick North America’s most innovative law firm for 2016.
