The 10th Annual BCLT Privacy Law Forum

Conference | February.24.2022

Virtual conference

Orrick partner Michelle Visser will be among the leaders offering insight and guidance at the Annual Privacy Law Forum, hosted by the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology. Michelle leverages her extensive experience litigating privacy and cybersecurity matters to provide insight on how to structure privacy and cybersecurity programs and incident response plans to reduce legal exposure. She will be speaking about Cybersecurity Law Developments.

The BCLT Privacy Law Forum brings together UC Berkeley law professors, in-house counsel, regulators, and law firm attorneys to explore cutting-edge issues in privacy and data security. Unlike any other privacy conference, it features both the latest academic thinking (often a precursor to litigation and regulatory developments) and pragmatic insights from leading tech companies and their attorneys. The forum this year will be held virtually on February 24, 2022.
