49th Annual Securities Regulation Institute

Northwestern Law will be holding its 49th Annual Securities Regulation Institute from January 24-26. Orrick Partner John Bautista will be a panelist on Monday’s 2:15 PST program: Capital Markets: Private Company Financing. He will be speaking along with Allison Spinner (Wilson Sonsini), Katherine Duncan (Fenwick) and Stephan Eberle (Scale Venture Partners).
