Orrick’s Jill Rosenberg will serve as a panelist at the upcoming Law Firm General Counsel Workshop at Georgetown Law Center in Washington D.C. Jill will lead a discussion on the growing risks of gender bias and harassment claims.

This two-day Law Firm General Counsel Workshop will provide new law firm General Counsel, Deputy or Assistant General Counsel and others with new risk management responsibilities the skills they need to perform their jobs more effectively and to become trusted advisors and advocates within their firms. Participants will develop expertise in handling conflicts and business intake issues, internal investigations, risks created by rapidly changing technolo­gy, regulatory and compliance requirements, claims against the firm, and other ethical and risk management issues.
