The OFCCP Institute's 2016 Compliance Conference – Chicago

Employment Law Senior Counsel Gary Siniscalco will be speaking on pay equity at The OFCCP Institute’s 2016 Compliance Conference in Chicago. This two-day conference following the November election will provide contractors with insight on the next administration as well as practical advice on preparing for OFCCP audits, especially in light of the increased focus on equal pay at the federal and state level.

Gary will be participating in a panel titled “Setting the Stage for Compensation Day,” which will provide a detailed look at EEO-1 reports, state equal pay laws, shareholder wage gap analyses and OFCCP’s focus on pay discrimination. He will also be leading a discussion titled “State Equal Pay Law and Impact for Federal Contractors,” offering a review of pay equity laws in Maryland, California, New York and Massachusetts.
