Pierre assists startups and high growth technology companies in building their business and raising capital throughout their evolution. Pierre helps founders and managements teams to implement and develop strategic corporate governance, customized equity instrument and fair employee incentive plans.
Pierre is passionate about social impact businesses and greentech.
Before joining Orrick, Pierre has completed several internships and worked in leading French and Anglo-Saxon law firms.
