Dr. Nikita Tkatchenko is a Partner in our Dusseldorf office and member of the M&A and Private Equity Group.

  • Representation of Findos Investor in various transactions, including acquisition of Faist ChemTec group, a manufacturer of products reducing structure-borne sound for the automotive and home appliances industries, by Findos Investor from the Hanover Finanz Group and Faist Invest; acquisition of the Dutch EuroSystems Group; acquisition of Transcom Credit Management Services AS from listed Transcom WorldWide AB; the sale of FAIST ChemTec-Group to private equity fund L-GAM Advisers LLP; acquisition of the Rameder group; and the structuring of their Fund III
  • Advised STEAG in the sale of a minority stake of STEAG Power Minerals to investor HAWAR Group; and on the formation of a bidding consortium with Beijing Capital Group in their bid for power plants sold by EQT
  • Advised BIP Investment Partners and Luxempart on the acquisition of ARWE Group (a leading European provider of mobility services for car rental and car sharing companies)

  • Founders of Green City Solutions, the company behind the CityTree, on their seven digit financing round by LITTLEROCK, Coparion and others
  • Investors and founders of leading network systems company LANCOM on its divestment to Rohde & Schwarz
  • Advised Imperial Logistics on the sale of its majority shareholding in the port and transport logistics provider Neska
  • Advised nobilia on the expansion of its minority shareholding in FBD

  • Acquisition of a solar plant in Codroipo (Italy) from the insolvency administrator of Solon Investments GmbH
  • Sale of the 50 percent interest in the companies of the WAZ media group, one of the leading publishing companies in Germany, by the executor of a will to Petra Grotkamp
  • Advised Schroder AIDA, an Alternative Investment Fund Manager, on the acquisition of a significant stake in Autobahnplus A8 GmbH, the concession holder of a section of the A8 motorway between Munich and Augsburg, from InfraVia Capital Partners and Egis Investment.
