Jessica represents companies, including technology companies, in a broad range of transactions, including general corporate matters, venture capital financings, and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining Orrick, Jessica was an associate in the corporate / mergers & acquisitions practice of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York City.
