Nicole Huang is a Senior Associate in the San Francisco office and a member of the firm's M&A and Private Equity Group.

Nicole represents public and private companies in various domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions on both the buy side and sell side, and in strategic investments. Nicole focuses particularly in the technology and software industry, where she is also experienced in advising clients on venture financings and capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining Orrick, Nicole was an attorney in the corporate group of DLA Piper LLP (U.S.)
