He has practiced in the area of public finance for more than 15 years, serving as bond counsel, underwriters’ counsel and borrower counsel in various revenue bond financings, including those related to public power, sewer and storm water, tobacco, higher education, student loans, hospitals and multi-family and single-family housing. He is also bond counsel to various issuers relating to their commercial paper programs.

New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority. He serves as bond counsel to the Authority.
Bonneville Power Administration. He serves as special counsel to Bonneville Power Administration in connection with bond and lease-purchase transactions.
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. He has served as designated underwriters’ counsel and currently serves as bond counsel to the Port Authority.
Cornell University. He serves as bond counsel and special counsel to Cornell University.
