Evan Hollander, Senior Partner in Orrick’s New York office, is a member of the firm’s Restructuring group.

Mr. Hollander has represented key parties in restructuring matters involving a wide range of sectors—including offshore drilling, aerospace, automotive, sovereign wealth, manufacturing, retail, and telecommunications. He frequently writes on insolvency related topics and routinely appears on panels at industry conferences.

    • Petroserv Marine Inc. in the sale of its operating entities to a financial buyer, Ventura Offshore Holding Ltd., for more than $280 million.
    • Petroserv Marine Inc. in the financial restructuring of its $882 million term loan facilities agreement to incur an additional $120 million of super senior financing. The restructuring was implemented by way of an English law scheme of arrangement which was sanctioned by the High Court of England and Wales.
