Meghan is a Project Attorney within the Orrick Analytics group. The group uses technology and project management discipline to assist firm attorneys with litigation and transactional tasks, particularly tasks that involve large volumes of data and documents.
As a member of Orrick Analytics, Meghan engages in transactional matters and brings contract management experience to the team. She primarily focuses on conducting due diligence reviews, completing cap table audits, and innovating standard work/process across the team. Meghan is passionate about efficiency and integrating legal technology, while maintaining a focus on high quality work product.
She also participates in the management of Orrick Analytics' team of Project Assistants, who prioritize integrating technology into day-to-day project tasks across the firm.
Meghan has a Commercial and Contract Management Practitioner Certification from World Commerce and Contracting (June 2021) and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (September 2022).
