Nino Kakauridze is an attorney at Orrick, where she advises clients on a broad range of business immigration matters. Her practice encompasses employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa strategies, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, E, and TN classifications, PERM labor certifications, and the full range of employer-sponsored permanent residence options, helping companies build and maintain a compliant global workforce.
Nino counsels employers through every stage of the immigration process, from developing company-wide sponsorship policies and onboarding foreign national talent to managing visa transfers, extensions, and consular processing. She regularly partners with in-house legal, human resources and global mobility teams to design practical, business-minded immigration programs that reduce risk while supporting talent acquisition and retention goals.
